Shipping is calculated as actual, based on weight and location. However, the Shipping Cost for the orders above 1500 INR will be free.

We’re committed to resolving any issues hassle-free. We offer full or partial refunds after our support team verifies the issue via email or phone. For easier resolution, we recommend inspecting your shipment upon arrival and taking pictures of any damage or issues

To cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours at hello@sbooch.com or via WhatsApp. We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 working days or provide a payout link for your preferred bank account or UPI ID

You can cancel at no cost before the order is processed and shipped. We will not accept the cancellation after the order is being shipped
